Position requirements.
- Bachelor's degree or above in architecture or related field, interdisciplinary experience is preferred.
- More than 2 years working experience in a first-tier firm, with experience in medium to large-scale public construction projects preferred (please specify the position held and the work content in the portfolio).
- Aesthetics with an international perspective and strong conceptual design skills and innovation, solid professional foundation, considerable knowledge of building materials, detailing, construction techniques, sustainable strategies and building codes.
- Excellent ability to manage time and workload and to meet project assignment deadlines commitments.
- Proficiency with common design software such as AutoCAD/ Rhino/ Adobe, knowledge of rendering software a plus.
- Foreign education/work experience and the ability to work in a bilingual (Italian-Chinese/English-Chinese) environment is preferred.
- LEED or WELL certification preferred
Position Requirements.
- 2+ years of experience in a well-known interior design firm at home and abroad, interdisciplinary experience is a plus.
- Aesthetic and design level with international perspective, previous experience in interior design and construction of public projects (office/commercial/hotel) and cultural buildings (museum/library).
- Excellent time management skills, teamwork and communication skills.
- Proficiency with common design software such as AutoCAD/ Rhino/ Lumion or Enscape.
- Foreign education/work experience and ability to work in a bilingual (Italian-Chinese/English-Chinese) environment preferred.
- LEED or WELL certification is preferred
