Starting in 2016, Nu Skin undertook a series of brand innovations in hopes of attracting Millennials customers and reinvigorating the brand value.
In our research, we found that Millennials have a strong sense of selfhood, love to try new things, and want to realize their values of life.
The design concept of the experience center is inspired by "youthful energy". We help Nu Skin develop new brand keywords - nature, technology, body, and dream, and create four spaces about these keywords separately.
During the experience journey, consumers are free to explore the products and collect energy in the process of interactions and games, which can help them to learn more about Nu Skin through hands-on experience.
We have redesigned the dynamic lines and proposed transformation principles and suggestions to improve the pain points in previous consumers’ journey, creating an interesting brand experience space for young consumers.
